Order and delivery

Shipping costs vary by country. After you proceed to checkout, shipping costs will be calculated automatically after you enter your address.

Shipping is free for orders over 60€.

After we ship your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order at any time.

Shipping times: 5-7 working days

Simply visit the product page of your choice, add the product of your choice to your shopping cart, and pay securely at checkout using various payment methods.

If you would like to make changes to your order, please notify us immediately by email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your request before your order is shipped.

As a small start-up from Kiel, we currently deliver our products to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Returns and complaints

Your return period is 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us at any time during the 30-day period and benefit from our 30-day money-back guarantee. In this case, please notify us by email.

Contact us by email and explain your issue. If it's a product defect, please send us a picture so we can quickly understand the problem.

We will then find a satisfactory solution together.

Payment

We offer a wide range of payment methods.

Currently you can choose from the following methods:

For every order, we automatically send an invoice to the email address you provided. You will receive the invoice within 5-6 hours of receiving your order.
